Delivery

All of our arrangements are hand-delivered. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we do accept delivery time requests.

Due to the strict security policies that many buildings in San Francisco and Menlo Park have implemented. We need a company name, floor or suite number, and contact phone number if an arrangement is being delivered to a business address. , often floral arrangements cannot be accepted by a front desk and should be accepted directly by the recipient or a colleague.  For deliveries to residential addresses, a phone number for the recipient is required whether or not there is a doorman present. 

Deliveries sent to addresses where no one is present to accept the arrangement will be returned to our studio, and will incur an additional fee if we must reattempt delivery.

NOOVOBLOOM uses only the freshest flowers available in season. Whilst many of our stems are sourced worldwide, that grow year-round, some of the flowers we use have short growing seasons. Each arrangement is unique and can vary from one month to the next.

The images on this website are meant to be inspirational and representative of what customers can expect from NOOVOBLOOM when you place your request. When we receive your order, we take the best of what the market has to offer in-season and within your budget to create something unique for you

We can ship all non-floral merchandise to any location in the US. We can deliver floral and non-floral merchandise to any address in a 50 mile radius of our studio’s. Located in San Francisco

As flowers are perishable goods, all sales are all final and non-refundable. However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work and would like for you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements as much as we do.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the arrangement you have received, please contact us within 24 hours so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
